The North Idaho NEPA team supports projects on the Nez Perce – Clearwater and Idaho Panhandle National Forests. The incumbent is responsible for development, planning, and application methods and practices for fisheries, including on-the-ground examinations and analyses of forest areas in preparation and review of the National Forest Management Act (NFMA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
