The Lead Instructor will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and facilitating climbing and outdoor activities in Mt. Hood National Forest. The Lead Instructor will lead a group of up to 8 participants, ages 11 - 14, throughout their week at Adventure CLIMB and is an integral part of the individual camper experience
