As an Initial Attack Dispatcher you are responsible for tracking personnel, equipment, and aircraft for fire suppression, as well as providing intel and administrative support to the firefighters and resources on the ground. During the season, Dispatchers will be tasked with a wide variety of duties, such as mapping out possible fire locations based on reports, broadcasting via radio to field personnel, and coordinating with Incident Command.
