This unique internship will offer the selected candidate direct experience in the wildland fire management environment and the opportunity to work on current projects or choose their own projects within the planning section's areas of expertise. The intern will visit, under staff supervision, active wildfire incidents (firelines, incident command posts, airbases) to learn more about fire operations.
