The Dispatch Operations Coordinator at NEWICC is an Assistant Center Manager (ACM) overseeing the Dispatch Operations functional area. This position manages a staff of two year-round dispatch supervisors and eight seasonal initial attack (IA) dispatchers, as well as directing the work of federal dispatchers and detailers assigned to IA desks.
