The incumbent reviews the contract and related pre-sale data such as preliminary logging plans, NEPA, appraisal, ect. Determines that all prerequisites to contract work are taken care of such as, advance deposits, delegations of authority, timber cutting coordination, improvement locations, operating schedules, logging plan preperations, scaling arrangements, and environmental protection measures.
