The Summer Trail Crew Lead works with AntFarm Youth Services and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) staff to lead a youth trail crew in maintaining and improving trails, recreation facilities, and natural areas at the Wildwood Recreation Site and nearby BLM locations. This position combines hands-on field work with day-to-day crew supervision, training, safety oversight, and coordination with project partners.
