This position responsibilities combines visitor services, resource protection, and hands-on maintenance work. Rangers assist guests who come for scenic drives, picnicking, hiking, biking, camping, OHV riding, and to soak in the Challis Hot Springs, while also providing historical and interpretive information at the visitor center and museum.
