This position, under the supervision of the Unit forester, will have regular interaction with foresters, forest engineers, other natural resource professionals, other agency/organization members, and the general public. The position has responsibilities within the Presales program to include performing as a lead forester on timber sales and timber sale contract compliance, including regeneration, and other silvicultural practices with a harvest level of approximately 18MMBF per year.
