Students heard from leaders in conservation and natural resource management and gained exposure and skills in support of their career development. After the seminar, the students, under the guidance of the program leaders and a mentor from the land trust community, attended the conference where they had the opportunity to participate in numerous educational trainings and workshops and connect with young professionals and conservation practitioners from across the nation.
