The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of asset management including planning, controlling, and evaluating 1) personal and real property, 2) inventory, 3) supply, and 4) space management. This position provides oversight and collaboration on 1) fleet management, 2) sustainable asset management, 3) Reports of Survey (ROS), and 4) leasing. Duties involve the direct districtwide control and management of personal and real property assets through the Financial Business Management System (FBMS)
