As the Outdoor Recreation Planner in this position, you will: Administer the special recreation program for 4.6 million acres of public land in southeastern Oregon Process applications for special recreation permits Inspect active permits for compliance with permit terms Serve on an interdisciplinary team as a subject matter expert on wilderness, wilderness study areas, land with wilderness characteristics, and visual resource management.
