The Outdoor Lead guides youth and the Assistant Outdoor Lead in carrying out outdoor service projects within AntFarm’s YouthCore and CommunityConnect programs. This position combines hands-on outdoor work with leadership and teaching responsibilities, modeling professionalism, safety, and teamwork while helping youth gain confidence and transferable job skills.
