The Office Assistants in our reception team play a key role in maintaining an inclusive and respectful working environment while working with internal employees, external customers, private industries, tribes, and partner agencies to ensure administrative support is provided and correct information is communicated in a professional manner, along with directing both in-person and over-the-phone inquiries to the correct programs within the Department.
