The Northwest Youth Corps (NYC) in partnership with the United States Forest Service (USFS) Deschutes National Forest is advertising for two (2) NEPA Planner Resource Assistants (RAs). NEPA is an acronym for the National Environmental Policy Act, and it requires agencies to undertake an assessment of the environmental effects of their proposed actions prior to making decisions.
