Summer internship for the SD Department of Agriculture & Natural Resources. The Forest Health Intern will develop skills related to forest insect and disease monitoring, including forest pest surveying and pest identification, working alongside government and non-government organizations across the state of South Dakota. This position will also assist with GIS data collection, mapping, stewardship plan monitoring, community forest inventory, and educational outreach.
