Job Type/Duration Description
The Payette National Forest is recruiting two Forestry Technicians (Silviculture) from May 26 through August 18, 2020. The incumbent will be paired with a permanent Forest Service Employee to collect vegetation data. Data will be collected according to Common Stand Exam (CSE) protocols or to standards set by Intermountain Research Station to calibrate LiDAR imagery to meet NFMA (National Forest Management Act) requirements.
