The Bareroot Nursery Manager will be responsible for growing the crop (sowing seed and prescribing irrigation, fertilization and pesticide regimes); scheduling lifting, packing and shipping; and supervising seven permanent employees, sixteen non-permanent seasonal employees, and a large pool of contract farm laborers.
