Inspects and evaluates properties to determine if property soils meet the requirements of DEQ rules for onsite wastewater treatment systems. The incumbent may be promoted to the classification of Onsite Wastewater Specialist 2 upon satisfactorily meeting the experience, knowledge, training and special requirements.
