This role is responsible for leading and supporting large‑scale greenhouse operations for commercial conifer seedling production at our Turner, Oregon facility. Turner is a 320‑acre site encompassing orchards, bareroot nursery operations, and approximately 10 acres of greenhouse space, producing ~10 million seedlings annually across roughly 10 species, including Douglas Fir.
