--Supervision of 4 squad bosses and 14 seasonal wildland firefighters. This includes training, assigning tasks, and delegating responsibilities. Supervision will take place while suppressing wildfires, assisting in implementing fuels reduction and community resilience projects. --Assist the crew superintendent in the hiring of crewmembers on a yearly basis. --Perform other roles within their qualification level on the fire line.
