Principally, on a day-to-day basis, the Conservation Technician works closely with the Fresno County Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) on facilitating applications for financial and technical assistance on specific conservation practices – including under the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) with the California Association of Resource Conservation Districts (CARCD) funded by the NRCS.
