The Mining and Minerals Program Manager is a part of the Leasing and Business Management team in the Product Sales and Leasing Division that manages state uplands for revenue generation. This position serves as the agency expert for mining on state trust lands managed by the Department of Natural Resources and works on everything from developing statewide policy to negotiating contracts and providing expert advice on the mineral potential on those lands.
