Performs preliminary analysis and evaluation of policies, procedures, guidelines, and administrative processes in order to resolve conventional problems and situations with readily observable conditions. Gathers and reviews statistical data related to program or management activities. Works with management, program leads and other analysts to ensure that information gathered is complete and technically accurate.
