The Habitat Strategic Initiative Lead (HSIL) is an interagency program, co-led by the Washington Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW), to advance habitat protection and restoration in Puget Sound under a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
