This opportunity will immerse selected interns into the log procurement program for a top tier operating sawmill. Exposure to timber cruising, logging, and sawmill supply chain logistics will provide a real world foundation for continued education or a career in procurement forestry. The Procurement Forestry Intern’s primary duty will include cruising timber that is available for purchase and working with the Timber Manager to implement the log plan for a sawmill.
