The Assistant Counselor Supervisor (ACS) at MHKC supports and assists the Counselor Supervisor (CS) in leading and supervising a group of approximately 9 campers and 9/4 counselors, depending on main camp/outgroup placement. The ACS is responsible for modeling, mentoring, supporting counselors, ensuring campers’ Activities of Daily Living are adequately met, and collaborating closely with the CS.
