River Rangers patrol river corridors and support a variety of essential recreation and resource management tasks. As a River Ranger, you will engage with boaters to provide wilderness education, safety information, and stewardship guidance, support trail maintenance and campsite monitoring, assist with data collection, and collaborate with USFS and SBFC staff to ensure safe stewardship of the river and surrounding wilderness. Rangers must be able to raft class IV+ whitewater.
