This position serves in the Natural Resources Staff area in the Payette National Forest Supervisor’s Office, McCall, Idaho. The position serves as program leader with responsibility for the development of silvicultural plans and programs. The silviculture program includes silviculturist certification, stand prescriptions, reforestation, timber stand improvement, tree improvement/genetics, as well as participation, consultation and review in NEPA planning for vegetation management projects.
