Maintain safe working conditions and facilities for staff. Model and promote safe work behaviors and company core values Protect the Roanoke Timberlands from risk of loss due to fire or trespass Support initiatives for SFI compliance related to water quality, road maintenance and forestry management practices Coordinate with Roseburg team members and supervise field contractors to accomplish management targets Coordinate with Roseburg staff to develop the Roanoke Harvest Plan.
