The Forester is primarily responsible for providing field and technical support for the Environmental Compliance Program including development and implementation of the Swinomish Forest Management Plan (FMP) , associated forest practices, and activities on Tribally-owned and Swinomish Reservation trust lands for conservation, cultural, recreational, economic and other purposes.
