Support on-going research studying the impacts of silvicultural treatments and climate change on forest ecosystem dynamics, including post-fire sampling, old-growth giant sequoia surveys, and provenance trial (i.e., baby tree garden) survival assessments, collecting pre- and post-treatment forest ecology and health data, sampling fuels transects, mapping forest composition and structure, surveying understory plant communities, and post fire surveys.
