The Deputy Chief Operating Officer-Operations (DCOO) supports and assists the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and has chain-of-command responsibilities for DNR’s six Regions, Law Enforcement Program, and Records Management & Public Disclosure. The DCOO reports directly to the COO and supervises the Region Managers, the Chief Law Enforcement Officer, and the Agency Records Officer.
