This role is an integral part of the Timberlands leadership team responsible for the forestry, engineering, and harvesting, based out of Springfield, OR. This is a full-time, exempt position, reporting to the Springfield Area Manager. This Harvest Manager position will be a functional lead for Harvesting operations including the management of safety, environmental stewardship, quality, production, costs, and leadership of some of our contract harvesting operations.
