This position is a 47 week, 1700-hour, full-time, nonresidential service position that has a leadership, but not supervisory role on the crew. The FTL will gain hands-on experience in conservation projects and leadership skills. The FTL will be trained on how to successfully lead a crew of young adults under the supervision of a HOC Crew Leader.
