Determine the effects of proposed recreation special use activities on natural resources and prepares environmental assessments and report to document findings. Provide expert advice in the administration of recreation, trails, and special uses programs and management activities. Review and monitor recreation, special use and related land management activities and recommends ways to achieve goals/objectives. Communicate program information to the public regarding agency, management practices
