The incumbent serves as a staff fish and wildlife biologist with for a variety of assignments within the Northern Region (Region 1) and potentially influences regional objectives. Works with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and other agencies in carrying out various agency responsibilities under the Endangered Species Act, Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, Bald Eagle Protection Act, Clean Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act, and numerous other Federal laws
