The field technician(s) will work under the supervision of a crew lead and graduate student from the Bisbing lab to support a long-term provenance trial (i.e., baby tree garden) by conducting end-of-season measurements at multiple common gardens throughout the Sierra Nevada. Duties include measuring seedling survival and physiological traits of five conifer species, downloading weather station and temperature logger data, and conducting repeated measurements of planting site climatic conditions.
